I do all the time! ideal for camping and picnics. saves on ice.

Well, you know, that freezes the liquid increases ... Thus, you can create a mess in the fridge ... If no other reason why not ... Good luck

We have done all the time as kids. We packed our lunch in the school and keep our cold sandwiches, until we had to eat. Until then, they have melted, but usually a little dull. They were great!

Yes, you can freeze. These packages are perfect for lunch, nothing to prevent it, and can later be made partially frozen as slushee.
