MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKES: Whats the best type/brand? - best meal replacement shakes

First: Yes, I am only 17 but I have my decision to shake a diet meal replacement a few months before the summer, so please do not say things like "omgz do not like your stupid." I dont care =]

I say slimfast powder is good. As for lunch or dinner or drink at work instead of coffee, pop. You still need to eat real food, twice a day. Offer only healthy options, there is no fast-food fries /.

I do not think you are "stupid like," trembling, because I understand that to lose weight ... and the feeling that the dampers are something that could work for you.
I know many people who have tried meal replacement shakes and not working?
Replace a meal with a healthy salad just as well. Yuk smoothies taste and let's not be hungry during the day.
I understand that you want to lose weight before summer, but it would be much better to take more exercise and healthy diet ... At least we could hope for more to keep weight!
